I am having the same exact problem I've probably restarted the download more than 20 times and it stops at the same point every single time. I'm still having this problem. I have tried every step that Playstation support has for troubleshooting, including wiping the hard drive and re-initializing the hard drive with installing the OS from a USB stick.
Still the same problem. It never gets past Mb of the version 1. I even tried using my phone as a wifi hotspot and therefore using a different ISP, still the same issue.
Bungie you need to actually address this issue. You are the only thing that links all of these issues as both PS4 and Xbox One users have reported the same type of problem. Has anybody gotten a solution yet? I would like to play ROI but mine still won't download.

So the big size of the game update is also 1 of the reasons that ur device can't download it correctl. U can rebuild your system data from the "safe mode" of your PS4 or change ur DNS setting,these are the solutions i have. Hope they work 4 U :.
